Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 20, strike the underscored "or".

2. On page 3, line 24, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

3. On page 3, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new paragraph to read:

"(4) successfully completing a course in the trade approved by the vocational education division of the state department of public education and two years of practical experience in the commercial electrical trade.".

4. On page 4, line 19, strike the underscored "or".

5. On page 4, line 21, strike the underscored period and the ending quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

6. On page 4, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following new paragraph to read:

"(3) successfully completing a course in the trade approved by the vocational education division of the state department of public education and one year of practical experience in wiring residential dwellings."".
