has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "AND FOR PETROLEUM RECOVERY RESEARCH".

2. On page 2, line 2, strike "three-nineteenths" and insert in lieu thereof "two-nineteenths".

3. On page 2, line 8, strike "one-ninth" and insert in lieu thereof "one-eighteenth".

4. On page 3, lines 3 and 4, strike the underscored material and insert in lieu thereof "one million one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,150,000)".

5. On page 3, lines 12 and 13, strike the underscored material and insert in lieu thereof "one million one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,150,000)".

6. On page 4, line 23, after the semicolon insert "and".

7. On page 5, line 1, after "annually" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof a period.

8. On page 5, lines 2 through 7, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety.
