has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 3, line 9, after "assist" insert "selected".



2. On page 4, line 20, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof "a rural or".



3. On page 4, line 21, after "thousand" insert "to the extent resources are available".

4. On page 4, line 24, strike "or consolidate".



5. On page 5, line 2, strike "of all ages".



6. On page 5, lines 3 and 4, after "process" strike the remainder of the paragraph up to the semicolon.



7. On page 5, line 24, strike "develop a payment methodology" and insert in lieu thereof "review the payment methodologies".



8. On page 5, line 25 through page 6, line 1, strike "or federally qualified health center look-alikes that provides" and insert in lieu thereof "that provide".



9. On page 7, lines 1 through 3, strike "resolve any conflicts or duplication in patient cost-sharing requirements by ensuring that premiums or co-payments do not impede" and insert in lieu thereof "consider the impact of cost-sharing requirements on".



10. On page 10, lines 6 through 8, after "that" strike the remainder of the paragraph up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "allows exceptions to the state medicaid plan requirements and allows a state to implement innovative programs or activities".
