AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE FARMINGTON AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE CENTER OF THE NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION IN FARMINGTON, NEW MEXICO.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to support the continued operation of the Farmington agricultural science center of the New Mexico state university agricultural experiment station in Farmington, New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
