AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN EXHIBIT OF SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO ARTS AT THE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS IN SANTA FE.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to curate an exhibit of southern New Mexico arts at the museum of fine arts in Santa Fe, including a catalog, packing and shipping and travel expenses of the curator to review and collect the artwork from various locations in southern New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
