AN ACT

RELATING TO EDUCATION; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ESTABLISH A MIDDLE COLLEGE CURRICULUM AT NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to plan the development and implementation of a curriculum for a middle college program at northern New Mexico state school. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
