2. On page 1, line 12, after "APPRENTICESHIP" insert "OR TRAINING".

3. On page 1, line 16, after "Apprenticeship" insert "and Training".

4. On page 1, line 18, after "Apprenticeship" insert "and Training".

5. On page 1, line 22, after "labor" insert ", the New Mexico labor department".

6. On page 2, line 3, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

7. On page 2, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new subsection to read:

"D. "training program" means an on-the-job training program for highway and utility construction that is recognized by the United States department of labor and the federal highway administration.".

8. On page 2, line 4, after "APPRENTICESHIP" insert "OR TRAINING".

9. On page 2, line 9, after "program" insert "or a training program".
