has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "six".

2. On page 4, lines 16 and 17, strike "3) has a minimum committed capital of three million dollars ($3,000,000);".

3. Renumber the succeeding items accordingly.

4. On page 5, line 10, after the semicolon insert "and".

5. On page 5, line 12, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

6. On page 5, strike lines 13 through 15 in their entirety.
