Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 943

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 4, strike "allowable" and insert "claimed".

2. On page 2, line 21, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof:

"be expended as follows:

(1) fifty percent of the money in the fund shall be expended annually to carry out the purposes of the Wildlife Conservation Act;".

3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

4. On page 2, line 22, before "support" insert "to".

5. On page 2, line 25, strike "and".

6. On page 3, line 1, strike "acquire," and insert in lieu thereof "to".

7. On page 3, line 3, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

8. On page 3, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new paragraph to read:

"(4) no more than five percent of the money in the fund may be expended for administrative purposes.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
