Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 972

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 21, after "who" insert "is employed to".

2. On page 3, lines 21 and 22, strike "sells, serves or dispenses" and insert in lieu thereof "sell, serve or dispense".

3. On page 3, lines 22 and 23, after "consumption" strike "on or off licensed premises".

4. On page 3, line 25, strike "officers of a corporate" and insert in lieu thereof "a" and strike "do" and insert in lieu thereof "does".

5. On page 4, line 1, after "alcohol" insert "or an off duty server".

6. On page 8, line 2, remove the brackets and the line thorough "act" and strike "section".

7. On page 8, line 3, strike "license holder's" and insert in lieu thereof "licensee's".

8. On page 8, line 3, after "liability" insert a period and strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 4.

9. On page 8, line 8, after "A" insert "server shall not" and strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 9 and 10 in their entirety and strike line 11 through "not".
