Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 975, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Transportation Committee Amendment 1.

2. On page 9, line 19, strike "twenty-two cents ($.22)" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-two and four-tenths cents ($.224)".

3. On page 10, line 7, strike "twenty-two cents ($.22)" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-two and four-tenths cents ($.224)".

4. On page 12, lines 22 and 23, strike "nine hundred twelve million six hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($912,615,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "nine hundred sixty-one million one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($961,165,000)".

5. On page 19, line 13, strike "and".

6. On page 19, line 18, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and" and between lines 18 and 19 insert the following new paragraph to read:

"(15) forty million dollars ($40,000,000) for improvements necessary to widen United States highway 285 from Lamy to Clines Corners.".
