Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 108

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 108,

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 2, strike the words "Mexican affairs

and trade" and insert in lieu thereof "the trade and Mexican affairs".

2. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike the words "Mexican affairs and trade" and insert in lieu thereof "the trade and Mexican affairs".

3. On page 2, line 18, strike the words "MEXICAN AFFAIRS AND TRADE" and insert in lieu thereof "TRADE AND MEXICAN AFFAIRS".

4. On page 2, line 20, strike the words "Mexican affairs and trade" and insert in lieu thereof "the trade and Mexican".
