AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR RELOCATION OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL REPOSITORY COLLECTION OF THE MUSEUM OF INDIAN ARTS AND CULTURE.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ninety-nine thousand dollars ($199,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to relocate the archaeological repository collection of the museum of Indian arts and culture from the basement of the La Villa Rivera building in Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
