SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 2 to SENATE BILL 140, as amended

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR ADAIR

1. On page 2, line 24, insert the following new subsection:

"E. A mall owner, manager, employee or independent contractor of the mall owner is not liable for damages or compensation of any kind as a result of its reasonable compliance with the provisions of this act, or for loss or damages caused by the negligence or intentional acts of any entity engaged in the noncommercial activities authorized by this act."
