Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 4, line 13, strike "and".

3. On page 4, line 25, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

4. On page 4, after line 25, insert the following new paragraph to read:

"(12) work toward a self-directed care option in the disabled and elderly and the developmentally disabled medicaid waiver programs, subject to appropriation and availability of federal and state funds.".

5. On page 5, strike lines 9 through 17 in their entirety.

6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
