Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, strike "of a", strike line 23 through "of" and insert in lieu thereof "related to".

2. On page 2, line 9, after the semicolon insert "and".

3. On page 2, line 12, strike "; and", insert in lieu thereof a period and strike lines 13 through 17.

4. On page 2, line 22, strike "forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety".

5. On page 3, line 3, strike "fourteen" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-one".

6. On page 3, line 13, strike the colon, strike lines 14 through 16 and strike line 17 up to "; or" and insert in lieu thereof "monetary payment".

7. On page 4, line 25, strike "fourteen" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-one".

8. On page 5, line 10, after "payment" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 11 and strike line 12 through "costs".

9. On page 8, line 14, after "homeowner" insert ", and may include provisions for arbitration pursuant to the Uniform Arbitration Act".

10. On page 8, line 20, strike "Forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "Ninety".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
