SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 453

Amendment sponsored by Senator Pete Campos

1. On page 38, remove the brackets and line through line 2 after "a", lines 3 through 5 in their entirety and line 6 through "both".

2. On page 38, line 4, strike "not to exceed" and insert in lieu thereof "less than".

3. On page 38, line 6, after "both" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 7 through 10 in their entirety, and strike line 11 through "both".
