1. On page 13, line 24, after the comma insert "or as otherwise exempt from the licensing requirements of the Dental Health Care Act,".

2. On page 14, line 24, strike "and".

3. On page 14, line 25, strike "existing" and after "nonprofit" insert "community-based entities and".

4. On page 15, line 1, strike "perform" and insert in lieu thereof "use public funds to provide".

5. On page 15, line 2, strike the period and quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

6. On page 15, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new paragraph to read:

"(8) hospitals licensed by the department of health."".
