Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 6, after "shall be no less", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 7 through 9 and insert in lieu thereof: "codes and standards adopted by the state of New Mexico."

2. On page 2, line 19, after "compliance with", strike "national" and after "standards of" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 20 through 22 and insert in lieu thereof: "nationally recognized testing, adjusting and balance certification agencies."

3. On page 3, line 5, strike "the", and insert in lieu of "a nationally recognized".

4. On page 3, line 6, after "balancing" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "certification agency."

5. On page 3, strike line 7.

6. On page 5, line 12, before the period insert "unless extended by the Indoor Air Quality Advisory Committee".,

and thence referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
