has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 13, strike "to are" and insert in lieu thereof "are to".

2. On page 3, line 2, after "program" insert "to reimburse facilities for increased cost for additional staff and staff upgrades".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
