has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO" and insert in lieu thereof "AUTHORIZING".

2. On page 4, line 5, after "B." strike the remainder of the line, strike line 6 through the second occurrence of "the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

3. On page 4, line 7, after "lands" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 8 through "filing" and insert in lieu thereof "is authorized to file".

4. On page 4, line 12, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety.
