has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 14, after "AMENDING" insert "AND REPEALING".

2. On page 4, line 4, after the last comma insert "Santa Clara,".

3. On page 6, strike lines 13 through 22 in their entirety.

4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

5. On page 7, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new section to read:

"Section 3. REPEAL.--Section 7-9-88 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1997, Chapter 64, Section 2) is repealed.".

6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
