SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE BILL 653

Amendment sponsored by Senator Leonard Lee Rawson

1. On page 2, line 6, strike "two dollars ($2.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "three dollars ($3.00)".

2. On line 8, after the period insert "Two-thirds of the fee charged shall be retained by the county and one-third of the fee shall be remitted to the state treasurer for deposit in the general fund.".
