has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES DEPARTMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH".

2. On page 1, line 18, strike "children, youth and families department" and insert in lieu thereof "department of health".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
