has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 6, strike "and".

2. On page 2, line 8, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

3. On page 2, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new Paragraph (5) to read:

"(5) a representative from the New Mexico home builders association.".
