AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF A DINE COLLEGE CAMPUS AT TWIN LAKES.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-four thousand dollars ($84,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to study the feasibility of a Dine college campus at Twin Lakes. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
