FOR DESIGNING, IMPROVING AND CONSTRUCTING THE MAIN STORM DRAINAGE DITCH IN HURLEY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, improve and construct the main storm drainage ditch in Hurley in Grant county.
