FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING THE LA CAPILLA PROJECT IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to plan, design and construct the La Capilla project in Silver City in Grant county.
