FOR A TRANSIT SYSTEM FACILITY BUILDING IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to construct, equip and furnish a transit system facility building in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
