FOR CONSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS ON CEDAR STREET IN LOVING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to construct sidewalks on Cedar street from Fourth to Eighth streets in Loving in Eddy county.
