FOR A MUNICIPAL COMPLEX IN LOVING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a municipal complex in Loving in Eddy county.
