FOR PURCHASING AND RENOVATING THE OLD FRATERNAL ORDER OF THE ELKS BUILDING ON EDITH BOULEVARD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to purchase and renovate the old fraternal order of the elks building on Edith boulevard in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
