FOR BUILDING A BRIDGE ON, WIDENING AND IMPROVING COUNTY ROAD 3500 IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to build a bridge on, widen and improve county road 3500 in San Juan county.
