FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE RIO GRANDE THEATER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to improve, renovate and repair the Rio Grande theater in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
