FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER STORAGE TANK FOR THE DILIA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

thirty-seven thousand dollars ($37,000) for the design and construction of a water storage tank for the Dilia mutual domestic water consumers association in Guadalupe county.
