FOR THE PURCHASE OF ROAD EQUIPMENT FOR GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for the purchase of road equipment for Guadalupe county.
