FOR CONSTRUCTING A VETERANS' MEMORIAL WALL IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a memorial wall honoring Dona Ana county veterans of World War II and the Korean War in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
