FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RECREATIONAL FACILITY IN DONA ANA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for improvements to the recreational facility to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Dona Ana in Dona Ana county.
