FOR A DAYCARE CENTER AT THE EDWARD E. TORRES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE SOCORRO CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design and construct a daycare center at the Edward E. Torres elementary school campus in the Socorro consolidated school district in Socorro county.
