FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) for the drilling of monitoring water wells and testing of the water at the present wells for the solid waste department of Mora county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the purchase of containers for the solid waste department of Mora county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purchase of a truck for the solid waste department of Mora county.
