FOR PHASE 1 ROAD IMPROVEMENTS ON BURNT CORN ROAD IN THE IYANBITO CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 1 improvements, including right-of-way acquisition, surveys and archaeological clearances, on Burnt Corn road in the Iyanbito chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
