HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 770

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CLAYTON HEIGHTS AND LOMAS DEL CIELO NEIGHBORHOODS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

six hundred one thousand dollars ($601,000) for sewer and water line replacement on Buena Vista street between Avenida Cesar Chavez and Gibson boulevard in the Clayton Heights and Lomas del Cielo neighborhoods in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred forty-four thousand dollars ($144,000) for street lighting improvements in the Clayton Heights and Lomas del Cielo neighborhoods in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for improvements on Buena Vista street between Avenida Cesar Chavez and Gibson boulevard in the Clayton Heights and Lomas del Cielo neighborhoods in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for repair and construction of sidewalks in the Clayton Heights and Lomas del Cielo neighborhoods in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

eight hundred twenty thousand dollars ($820,000) to plan, design and construct a community park in the Clayton Heights and Lomas del Cielo neighborhoods in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
