FOR A SOLID WASTE TRANSFER AND RECYCLING CENTER FOR THE LINCOLN COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, construct and equip a solid waste transfer station and recycling center for the Lincoln county solid waste authority.
