FOR A BUILDING FOR THE BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROGRAM IN SOUTHEAST ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a building for the business incubator program in southeast Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
