FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN AQUATIC AND RECREATION CENTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six million six hundred thirty-five thousand two hundred dollars ($6,635,200) for the construction of an aquatic and recreation center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
