FOR THE PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING FACILITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four million dollars ($4,000,000) for the planning, design and construction of a law enforcement training facility in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
