FOR A FLAGPOLE AT THE SOUTHWEST SECONDARY LEARNING CENTER IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase and install a flagpole at the Southwest Secondary learning center in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
