FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE PUBLIC DEFENDER OFFICES INTO THE EXISTING BERNALILLO COUNTY METROPOLITAN COURT BUILDING IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) to plan and design the relocation and consolidation of the two public defender offices into the existing Bernalillo county metropolitan court building in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
