SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION AND REAUTHORIZING AND APPROPRIATING FOR
EQUIPPING THE SAN PEDRO LIBRARY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.
The project authorized in Subsection 55
of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to the local government division of
the department of finance and administration to purchase and install equipment,
furniture and technology for the hands of transformation women in transition
program in Bernalillo county is void.
The state board of finance may issue and sell severance tax bonds upon
certification by the local government division that the need exists for the
issuance of the bonds in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to the
local government division to purchase and install equipment at the San Pedro
library in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
