FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING IMPROVEMENTS TO FIFTH AND SIXTH STREETS IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan and design improvements, including streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, sewer lines and water lines, for rehabilitation of Fifth and Sixth streets in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
